Take a look inside the newly-built City of Joburg Council Chambers in Braamfontein.
The glass building with gold trimmings is situated at the top of Rissik Street and can be spotted from downtown Joburg.
It was awarded the five-star Green Star rating for its use of sustainable technologies, which include the recycled rebar, low emission lighting, energy efficient glass and how the soil was treated on the construction site.
