Bayete Capital was appointed as the programme manager for the City of Joburg Property Company (JPC). In this capacity, we have created an urban design and framework for the entire city of Johannesburg.

This venture also includes securing the best location for the City’s regional offices and optimising the City’s budget to purchase its own property for its office development. This is the first step in a process that will catalyse various nodes.

One of the urban design developments that have been completed, is the City’s Council Chamber, which boasts a unique five-star green rating. This achievement has solidified Bayete Capital’s position in the industry as a well-respected property developer. JOHANNESBURG.

Joburg Property Company (JPC), managers of the City of Johannesburg (CoJ) property portfolio, was honored by the announcement that they are the winners of the Public Services Development category at the International Property Awards (IPA) held at a glittering event held at the Savoy in London.

Being a part of the IPA Public Services Development Awards category and the only nominee from Africa has shown that the Speakers Council Chamber is a world-class architectural innovation that is not an anomaly in South Africa but in a globally competitive property development environment.
